The guy who hosts our game club made these and they're so cool I had to share: a battery powered tea light, a wad of upholstery stuffing, and three colors of spray paint. Playing with this group over the last 2 years has in fact motivated me to move this collection from an army of primer-white ghosts to about 70% complete at this point. In almost 30 years of playing, that's by far the most complete army I've ever had. The informal expectation is to be able to show some progress on something-- any progress on anything-- between monthly games, which is then celebrated, and it works.
