If I told you I wanted to play a non Pysker army that is still good what would it be?

It's just personal preference as to why I don't want to play Psykers, I know how powerful they can be..just not a fan.

There are very few armies that have no Psykers at all, but you could play any army and not use the Psykers.

Some that don't have are;
Sisters of Battle
Adeptus Mechanicus
Militarum Tempestus
Tau

So I guess if they have to have no Psykers and be very strong, you're pretty much limited to Tau.

Black templars might be the thing for you. They share your vision on psykers and Have the benefit of being a loyalist am army, making them cheap to buy and guaranteeing at least decent rules in any edition

The other option would be dark eldar, they are fun but harder to play since he doesn't spoil them as much with new shiny toys

A Khorne Demon army would fit the bill as well. And would perform decently well.

Khorne daemonkin is very good alongside necrons and tau. They are some of the better armies and are seen in competitve a lot. Some of the lower tier armies can be Black templars or dark eldar. Honestly, it wouldnt matter what your army is, you can always say that "this space marines chapter are anti psyker"
