Yeah, I'm super torn after two games what I want to do next. Realizing that I won't get Artifacts and Command Traits if I pick an allegiance without a book at the moment, I'm tempted to unbox my old Syvaneth and Elves... mix in other elves. I just don't know!

You can still take the alliance traits even if you go for a specific allegiance. It has been erratad in the FAQ for the GHB. Looking forward to watching the video as I have watched many of your bat reps for different game systems in the past :-)

Check the back of the GHB cause you can still get the grand alliance ones to go along with stuff like that rampagers thing you were using with the gutbusters. All you need to do is not have a named character as your general to use them.
Only thing they'll miss out on is a spell lore which would have been nice to see for the GAs since the new battletomes get their own.
Quick rules note since I think I kept hearing otherwise in the video, leadbelchers have rend -1 in both shooting and CC.
Please keep up the ogor battle reps as they are my army as well and I learn from each previous report. Keep up the good work.
Edit: random aside but someone did a statistical analysis here on dakka of ogor units and showed the scraplauncher to be among the worst units in the game so might want to replace next go around

Ignore him Ash! Scrappy must never die! I've been watching him be a lovable piece of crap ever since MWG bat-reps for Fantasy, so I will not abide a permanent shelving of Scrappy! :-p
Great bat-rep though. I LOVE AoS with points as it has taken over a bunch of local shops (for good reason). Definitely keep these coming!
Oh, and if you're taking requests... how about a Legacy-List Dwarf bat-rep w/points? I'm painting my own Beer-Force-1 and 2 inspired by your old lists from Fantasy so it might be a fun shot in the arm to get me painting faster. :-p
