Converting some models up to be sisters, However i want them to all be wearing the Sabbat-Pattern Power Armour Helmet, however...
A. Normal SoB models are metal and usually come in 3 pieces (Backpack,Body and Boltgun) and are Stupidly Expensive
B. No 3rd Party Company makes them (Grishnak Models makes some Wonderful SoB Models (with seperate headpieces) however you must buy the full kit)

So, Is there a Guide on how to Convert/Build you own Sabbat-Pattern Power Armour Helmets?

It looks like you could possibly make due to with the Skitarii Vanguard Helmets if you sculpt a crest on the front.

Random thoughts;
Take a Grey Knight power helmet. File down the 'nose' and green stuff the 'brow' out a bit? Could make for a passable Sabbat-Pattern Helmet.
Or you could go the Insta-Mold route.
Then there is always the bit off the Immolator sprue.....

You could use closed sallet helms from a range of various Wars of the Roses kits. I don't personally know of any that would scale correctly with GW though. http://www.elvenforge.com/images/helm_GB472.jpg

There are 2 sallets in the Greatswords box, but you'd still have to do a fair bit of conversion to make them look like the helmet.

The Skitarii Vanguards have steampunkesque versions of the Sallet Helms and since the Rangers (who share a set with them) have a different head, you can probably bum them off of a skitarii player on the cheap and in great numbers.
