I also love the idea of idiots wearing Trump hats on Temple's campus. Having lived on the fringe of the dividing lines between North Philly and Temple, I'd love to see some of those morons step out of their safe-space and try to start gak with some of the people who actually live in the area.

Stop pointing out the racism.
Didn't you read the nice ladies article? Pointing out the racism is why the white man voted the racists into power!
Or something like that. i've stopped trying to keep track of it. Lost had more consistency.

How?

Right wing radicals or left wing SJWs causing violence are both at fault. I understand emotions get high, but wearing a raiders hat in the wrong area of cali, wearing a trump hat, or wearing a naturo/anime hat shouldn't attract violence.

It's more than I find it frustrating that Trump and his supporters deride others for creating and using safe spaces while operating inside what are, essentially, giant safe spaces.
The things I saw was indeed referring to the support of Gay Conversion Therapy. - It's good at least the whole "electrocuting" thing was hyperbole. - For now, I guess, which was probably the point being made.
Although, going back to twitter, there's this. - I fully acknowledge this all may be the result of my twitter timeline than anything else...
I was also trying to find an article that someone had written that was just well, kinda heartbreaking and very much wasn't just, "oh no, blue team lost." It was someone literally and genuinely afraid for their future.
Me, personally. The main thing I've learned from the outside of USA politics is the difference between people that are competing for something that actually have to pretend their crazy to make progress in a thing, and the people that are actually crazy.

They have the safest of spaces!
But it really is a problem. Having a "safe space" to talk is fine (and helps people begin to talk more openly and freely, it's basically a transition space). But when there in a a safe space within their own minds, where nothing that can go against preconceived ideas, it's an issue.

Thats funny. I see a lot of consternation from the Hillerites, and none of them ever worked in a mine, dug a ditch, hid in a ditch or built a wall.

Are you...actually suggesting that no one who voted Clinton over Trump ever worked a blue-collar job? Or are you just doing the 'cranky old Texan the weiner dogs will eat your face if you don't get off my lawn' shtick again? I can't tell any more, Fraz.

I visited my brother at Fox temple - he had classes cancelled after the election so students can deal with grief. If I take the lansdale doylestown train I pass temple and used to see hordes of Bernie signs (that were replaced with HRC signs closer to the election). I would be a drop in a lake at the campus. Now? Students are proud to be supporters of their candidate. They were afraid to be a minority of republicans in a midst of a mostly democratic campus.
Yeah, I bet that's what it is...had nothing to do with those supporters likely being white kids who got caught up in the rhetoric of white supremacists.
Your post is, at best, a disingenuous representation of what actually was happening. At worst it's willful ignorance of reality.

Let's see I've been railing against Trump this entire year, am very socially liberal, but also have repeatedly stated that vote for third party candidates at this level is stupid. What do you think?

No not all. But the argument that the Trumpsters are fragile little flowers and the Hillarites are tough is laughable.

I railed against Trump too but I'd punch myself in the babymaker before I voted for HRC. Answer the question.

I'd suggest you go read Twitter or Facebook sometime. It's just as full of "Trumpsters" whining about crap like Pence getting addressed by the "Hamilton" cast as it is of "Hillarites" complaining about Trump.

Or are you intent on pushing the idea that lives and opinions of people that don't involve any of your list are some how less important?

I haven't heard anyone characterizing Clinton supporters as exceptionally tough; actually, most of what I'm hearing is 'Trump is a thin-skinned egotistical man-baby who makes mean Tweets at three in the morning and we just gave him the nuclear football, guys'.
Which...you know. Is true.
Neither side has a monopoly on thin-skinned supporters. Just look at #BoycottHamilton!

I've never been on Twitter, and only check FB once every six months. Having said that I don't doubt you on that. There seems to be more than enough whining on all sides.

Nope. Your conflating opinion vs. toughness. A Virginia miner is going to go through Oberlin's entire voting pool like crap through a goose if we discuss toughness.

It's lucky Trump has such a great record of meaning/sticking by exactly what he says.

I have trouble following twitter conversations. Is he saying Trump is on record disavowing and condemning the kind of neo-nazi garbage Spencer and chums are getting up to?
