To finish the punch line started, I'm old enough to remember when Bob Hope had a buncha A-list stars on his shows, but the shows sucked anyway. The juxtaposition relating to psoting my army list is, though the list is composed of great units, I'll still likely only have a 50% Win showing.

This is a list going to an ITC GT.

Farseer - bike, spear 120

Critque:
a. Still, I am not sure how to squeeze in a last few points, other than a Twin Linked DeathSpinner. Any good ideas to shuffle a bike here or there? A spider out, his points plus 8 points equals another Scatbike.
b. I haven't a snowball's chance in Hell of winning the event, but I'm setting an example of a guy "Making Sure His List is Legal". Are any of my points values incorrect?

Well, the Hawks seem out of place since the FAQ only allows them to use 1 grenade in CC, even though I still like them more than Spiders. I think with all the Spiders & Scatterbikes in the list, the HBC on 2 Tides might not be as needed. I'd make the raito 2:1 Ion to HBC. That will take your list to 1847

Also, I think you should check the Skathach WK again, I don't think that loadout is possible. The codex WK has 3 variant, none of which can do D-cannon/Shield, and the Skathach only has the 2 new weapons, which can be fielded as dual weapons or weapon/shield

As posted above I don't like the hawks - I just don't think they are competitive at all anymore. Another Farseer and more bikes or spiders will suit you better I think. I'd also just take a melee D sword and shield wraith-knight.

If we fail to anticipate the unforeseen or expect the unexpected in a universe of infinite possibilities, we may find ourselves at the mercy of anyone or anything that cannot be programmed, categorized or easily referenced.

@Galef
1. Skathach's load out is possible. One D-can can be exchanged for a Shield and there are ScatLas, ShurikenCan and StarCan options. Thanks, though, I just double checked.
2. Hawks - ITC voted to have Hawks able to assault with all members' Haywires, thus, they are in. <-- More accurately, to ignore the FAQs until they are 'official' and not just First Drafts.

@Xenomancers
I love the Sword and Board WK and used it for a year. I'm honing my skills with the Skathach's Reserve Escape Hatch Shenanigans and templates and ... oh, there it is! The Warlock. Protect/Jinx. Hmmm. two spiders out and ... 38, + 8 + 5 for tossing the singing spear. That is enough points for a Jetlock.
Whachu think?

As others, spiderknight can't have heavy d cannons, only deathshroud or inferno lances. If you mean deathshroud instead of actual D shots, then yes, you're fine on that load out.
That being said, I feel like your list is lacking strong antitank aside from the hawk squads. Consider double inferno lances on the knight or grab a warp hunter in place of the hawks.

I would change the shuriken cannon into a scatterlaser immediately. The extra range and shot is too good for the same points.

If you still play in a flyer heavy meta, hawks can be worthwhile anti-air. They aren't bad, but another farseer could be a stronger force multiplier.

Sorry, kids, by "D-can" I meant DeathShroud. Plus I have a long lovely hellstorm/apoc template:

The two gun shenanigans are are a great mechanism to exploit; template a unit of scarabs instead of the ... 'something of FlashLight' a necron overlord does, making any unit Snap Fire at at him and the wraiths his joined, but they still get the fat end of the template. I ought to have taken a picture of that last night.

Mostly, I'm missing the Warlock. I think it'll be one spider out and a jetlock in.

Havet ITC strictly forbidden the Hellstorm template?

As I showed that very template off to the ITC organizers at their last GT and simply got a smile and fist bump, I think it's good. Plus, my TO has seen it in our last RTT, too. And he was the head judge at LVO 2016.

I think what you are referring to is a banning of Destroyer weps of the big template size, that Ignore Cover. Was it the Eldar Lynx? And there is also some Lord of War necron critter that has one, and that is banned (that was no fun to play against ).

I would drop atleast one squad of the swooping hawks in favor of more windriders and/or more warp spiders
