In the profiles above the Fusilier has + between his weapons
Combi Rifle+Light grenade launcher.

But the Squalo has No +
Does + add an effect?

If I'm engaging a Camo Marker and I have MSVL2
Is my Discover role modified? Or does it only make them easier to shoot once discovered?

The "+" means if you are using the Scavenger Skill you get both the weapons. No "+" you pick one or the other weapon.

And yes you get the MSV effect vs both Discover and BS Attacks.
