So i was just messing around in battle scribe, and sorta found a tau list that is both interesting in its potential power, and under powered because it is vehicle centric, what do you think?

Drone net- because jinking bs3 marker drones among other rules
Armored interdiction cadre (pick a spot at begining of shooting phase, re-roll to hits within 6" of that spot from this formatio)
-1 skyray, dpod, sms
-1 hammerhead, longstrike, sms, sub-munitions, d-pod, sensor spines
-1 hammerhead, sms, sub-munitions, d-pod
-1 hammerhead, ION, sms, d-pod
Optimized Stealth Cadre (Ghost keels and stealth suits within 6" can hit rear armor regardless of facing)
-3 ghost keels, 1 fusion fusion shield gen, 2 cyclic ion raker fusion and target locks (1 with sheild gen)
-2 stealth suit teams 4 burst ,1 fusion with target lock each
Piranha firesteam wing (every piranha i own, unts with 36" and LOS of target aquisition team gets elected, other units in formation get +1bs and tank hunter if vehicle, also can leave and come back at full strength unit, drones, missiles)
-target acquisition team d-pod, sensor spines
-1st unit 2 piranhas with fusion, d-pod
-2nd and 3rd units 1 piranha, d-pod and 1 seeker missile

Its vehicle heavy, so hardly a top tier idea, but what do you think?

At your FLGS, with a general take all comes list, do you think you could take it? table it?

The piranha firestream wing is a solid formation, provided you have enough drones to field. You can flood the board tarpit things effectively while grabbing objectives.

The OSC is a solid formation as well, one of the strongest ones we have.

I don't have experience with the Armored Interdiction Cadre. It seems to be the weak point of this list. You will face problems against strong alpha strike lists like lots of drop pods. I'd replace the tanks with a Riptide wing or some other suits with EWO.

Part of my not-afraid of the alpha strike is that everything can be 3+ cover save, and the ion cannon can still instant kill, more accurately no less, the drop pod lists, and i can move far away quickly with the amount of move through cover on my vehicles. Riptides would more resilient, but the qq almost makes it a bigger bother to take them.

i own 5 total piranhas, so it' pretty casual since there are 4 required units of piranhas to run it, and i have enough suits and other units that in general i should have drones for days

While the OSC is great, I think the Ghostkeel Wing would suit your list better. It would give the rest of your vehicles Stealth. Also, I would lose the Dpods on the piranhas in exchange for Seeker Missiles which can be replenished during "rearm and refuel". The Stealth from the GKW will effectively replace the Dpods. Although, since you'll be gaining about 200p from dropping the Stealth teams, you could keep the Dpods and basically never lose a piranha lol. Those changes would still leave you with plenty of points to fuss with, or to drop down to 1850 which is a much more common points level.
