Subject: Herald of Ruin, Over-charged weapon and a sniper
So question for the Herald of Ruin game. If i give a scout sergeant a sniper rifle, which has a Str x, and over charge gives you +1 to str, and gets hot. How does this work for str x weapons? Does it mean i just wound on a 3+ now regardless?

Overcharge does nothing for Sniper Rifles other than give them Gets Hot.
