I'm making a homebrew ork army, and I want some help with its story. Call em the smiley boys, bright yellow with black smiley faces on everything. Kinda like the angry marines, but happy and orky. Anything you want to add or ask, go ahead.

Sounds like you've got a long way to go to flesh this out.
Something to do with mind altering fungus would help the fluff along.
Orks always used to have a much sillier side to them so have a look through some older fluff (including fantasy stuff) and models for some nice ideas.
I did this for you.....

Something tells me the fungus brewer is using some different mushrooms...

Though a ork war and that based around a insane brewery...
That's rather orky.

Stick a small flower in a painboyz claw and voila, he looks like he is admiring a buttercup, all you need to do is think of some awesome conversions with a theme like that and you will be the bell of the ball. Any theme can be great, as long as you put in the effort

Take a look at the old oop orks. There are a lot of strange happy models out there.

Not a problem. I could be run by a warboss and a brew boss who ra ks the wargh up on the strongest and most potant booze, war booze and such ever made. Like rage inducing, speed, or such booze.
