Hey folks,

Have an ITC tournament coming up this weekend and I keep bouncing between these two lists. The new GW FAQs will be used alongside the ITC rules.

What do you think would be a better play? It's a pretty competitive meta otherwise I wouldn't bring the death star cheese lol. I'm expecting a good mix of opponents and will likely see a few Eldar, a couple Gladius forces, a war convocation, at least one tau list, orks, and probably a daemonic incursion

I'm definitely open to criticism, wargear changes, list rewrites, anything...

List 1:

Company of the Great Wolf
- Battle Leader / thunderwolf, runic armour, storm shield, krakenbone sword
- Battle Leader / thunderwolf, runic armour, storm shield, power fist
- Iron Priest (elite) / thunderwolf, 4x cyberwolves

I'm definitely leaning towards list 2 due to obsec being huge in ITC (and gladius being tough for a death star list) , but am just looking for an excuse to being my freshly painted wulfen to the table lol

The other idea for list 2 is to keep the SW detachment as a CotGW for the TWC buff and move more obsec into the DA detachment and make it a CAD.

Any particular reason why all your libbies aren't on bikes? Having only two with one JP seems odd. I also would also not pay anything extra for force axes, as you really don't want to see combat with your conclave.

Under the new GW FAQ (which will be in place in this event) a jump pack allows the whole unit to reroll a failed charge if the model with a jump pack doesn't use it in the moment phase.

Yep, what Rynner said. Some cheese allowed by the new FAQ.

Force axes are a free choice for librarians as well. Those guys will definitely see combat, though will try and stick to the back of the death star to avoid it as much as possible. Everything outside of the troops choices (and maybe Tiggy depending on matchup) will be a single unit for most of the game.
