If my opponent goes first and my Chaos Space Marines or Possessed are wounded, do they get feel no pain? Since the Dark Apostle hasn't had the chance to forego his shooting yet...

I don't think they would since the dark apostle has made no actions yet in the game.

I forget the army (i think dark eldar) but start turn 2 get 6+ fnp, which I believe activates once their 2nd turn starts.

It is Dark Eldar. The rule is Power from Pain, and is based on Game Turn (i.e. if going second, they still get it from their opponent's second turn), so not quite the same as the OP.

Yeah, its unfortunatly based on the action itself, and if your bringing it to the competative scene its important to note that in close combat it can be argued that your dark apostle dosn't have the option to shoot so he can't forego it meaning you can't benefit from the rule in CC. Which is silly I know, I love the crimson slaughter and I don't think the rule was intended to be so poorly implemented and It can be seen as such a cool fluffy rule! But I stay away from it with a 10 foot pole... atleast we have the awesome cult of slaughter right?
