Are there any cool CSM's with a black body (required) and (preferably) non black shoulder pads ?

None that I'm aware of, but you could always just make your own.

Could paint Red Corsairs that way. Black and red is their staple in no set pattern.

The Purge.

Legion as in a 30K legion? For 40K you can get away with whatever you want. War parties, hosts, and legions/armies are constantly in flux within the Chaos realm. A new fancy warlord comes by, gathers some followers and tells them to paint up X, Y and Z. Sky's the limit - only issue would be if you're hoping to use decals/transfers.

Crap that's right I forgot all about those guys. Black bodies, greenish-grayish-nasty-Nurgle color shoulderpads and I think legs if I recall right. Also, Nurgle, so automatically fairly good.

the black legion supplement suggests they have warbands with their own differing paint schemes, you could proably pull off a black body with red shoulders on a Khornite black legion Warband

Alpha Legion, of course, because they're all Alpha Legion.

The Black Legion supplement has the Hounds of Abaddon which are Black with (one?) Red shoulder and what seems to be a red stripe through the center of their torso and at least part of the head. The cool thing here is that they have their own formation in the supplement, which is ok.

There is also the Blood Disciples which are black with brass trimmings and a brass shoulder pad/helmet. The cool thing here is that they seem to be a sub chapter of space wolves that turned to khorne, which gives some nice conversion opportunities.

The red corsairs can be mostly black with just some red trimmings and a red shoulder pad too. Which is nice considering they get their own character.

The Chosen of Nemeroth from Space Marine had a black-gold scheme with maroon shoulders.
