I've recently got back into the hobby and after having a quick look though the new codex and AoD supplement and came up with a list, lemme know what you think.
Flameblade Strike Force
Core - Battle Demi-Company
Vulkan He'stan - 190
10 Man Tac Squad [ Multi-Melta, Flamer, Combi-Flamer, Drop pod] 200
10 Man Tac Squad [ Multi-Melta, Flamer, Combi-Flamer, Drop pod] 200
10 Man Tac Squad [ Multi-Melta, Flamer, Combi-Melta, Drop pod] 200
Devastator Squad [ 4 x Multi-melta, Power fist, Drop pod] 170
3 x Land Speeders [ 3 x Multi-melta, 3 x Heavy Flamer] 180
Command Squad [ Apothecary, Company Champion, 3 x Storm Shields, 3 x Power Swords, Drop pod, Locator Beacon] 240
Auxiliary - Anti-Air Defense Force
Hunter 70
3 x Stalkers 225
Command - Strike Force Command
Terminator Captain [ Cataphractii Terminator armour, Storm Shield, Drake Smiter] 175
The main idea is that Vulkan drops with the command squad right next to enemy line to tie up units, with the terminator captain dropping with the devs to give them SaP allowing them a T1 melta range shots not snap shotting if it's needed, he can then leave the unit and join the command squad or go off on his own punching tanks and MC's. The Tac squads are then dropping around where needed.
Any feedback is appreciated

Hi good luck with your list!
Salamanders are always cool
Few things:
1. Power Fists on sgts....you're paying 25 points to beat up a vehicle when you have 4 mulit-meltas! Power Fists are useless in challenges with sgts cause you have only one wound and you're at I1....change it to a chainsword or a power sword or leave it off him altogether IMO
2 Command Squad
Consider either dropping a storm shield or a power sword and taking a chapter banner. You get more attacks etc.
3 Terminator Captain. You're paying 175 points for him to make the devs a LITTLE better (not that they need it with a Signum!). 175 points would be better spent taking an Ironclad or other dread in a pod tooled up for anti - infantry.

The idea is to drop the Devs next to a tank/squadron, the power fist and SaP allow them to finish off the tank if the melta's aren't successful,
Probably a good idea with the banner, a signum only effects one member of the squad, the rest would all be firing snap shots the turn they drop, which is why I took the captain, who can also take out tanks easily in melee thanks to drake smiter
Edit: on a quick look, for the points of a power sword they can take a company standard which on gives a 12" re-roll to moral, pinning and fear, or 60 pts for SotEA which gives +1 and fearless in 12", which would require dropping all power swords and more, which I don't feel is worth losing all of the Ap3

Chapter Banner is better than company standard.as it gives the extra attack. so for price of a power fist you gain 5 attacks.

Chapter banner is also honour guard only, I could swap the command squad for an honour guard, but I'd have to keep the squad to a minimum size

AH yes sorry I see.
Well with Honour guard you get artificer armour and relic blades so actually it's pretty good. You lose FnP cause no apothecary but they are mini terminators with no Inv save so not too bad.

Nice to see someone no min/maxing the demi-company out. Good show. Love the flame/melta action. I like the cataphractii idea as well, though think a combi-melta on the sergeant would be a better idea than a fist. That's my preference though. I usually save fists for people with more attacks than a stock sarge and have an invul as they will get smacked first - against a tank not so much, but if the squad got charged he'd be left out to dry.
Other than that I guess I'm just curious on your thoughts on the anti-air defense force? Never seen it before so I'm intrigued. Good stuff!

Power Fists on sergeants is a waste of 25 points I agree
I used to run them with Fists and they die before they can open up vehicles. The meltas destroy the vehicles and the sergeant is left in combat swinging at I1....

That comes to 1850 exactly with a combi-melta on the dev sarge, The air defense force works pretty well from what little of it I've used, at this points level it looks like I'd need a fair amount of anti air to be near competitive

Can I suggest a few Tweaks:
- Your tac squads should have one job to do. the third should be a melta gun combined with the combi melta.
- Instead of Honor Guard why not a loaded up Command squad with 4 meltas/ shields and an apothecary ? I think this works better then the HG and cheaper..
- That dev squad sort of bothers me.. not sure how effective they will be in a pod since they snap shoot on arrival even with re-rolls. I would deffinatly ditch the combi though.
- do you need that much air defence ? seems a bit of overkill

The Tac squads will be combat squading mostly, combi-flamer going with the flamer and combi melta going with the melta.
The honour guard with relic blades are my only dedicated melee unit, I feel like having no melee unit could cause problems vs some armies.
The dev squad are with the Cataphractii terminator, giving them Slow and Purposeful, allowing them to fire at full BS even after moving/deep striking. The combi is pretty useful dropping in very close, especially since it's master crafted due to salamander/Vulkan.
For the Flameblade strike force I needed an auxillary and I needed some air defence, the minimum size of the Anti-Air Defense Force formation is 1 hunter and 2 stalkers, I couldn't think of many other places within the formations to spend 75 pts, and vs the more competetive armies (e.g eldar and tau) who can take many flyers or skimmers they're pretty useful
