So I couldn't think up a good title, but how about we share some creepy ideas for potential creatures/monsters/characters in 40k that aren't present in the canon, but technically could exist or be made as a logical result of existing canonical things.

So, for example, an ork with the brain of a grot, the perfect mix of brutal and cunning, or something like a kroot shaper that secretly somehow was able to nom nom an ethereal. Things don't need to be likely, so long as ideas are possible and interesting as an idea.
