Although they are pretty cartoonish, I like these guys. A nice paintjob, too! The riders' arms leave something to be desired, unfortunately. Wayyy too action figurish.

The wings/fins whatever on the shoulders are a bit much. Especially in poses with the arms raised, the rider on the right looks like some underarm maintenance is needed.

The wyrms look nice.

How should the arms look out of interest?

Most riders ignore the straps and saddles that I can think of so to me it's better than most.

I think they'd look much better with arms with the same shoulder pads as the naiad troops. If they wanted to make them more ornate I would have gone with more decorative helmets or shields rather than just tacking wings/fins onto the shoulders that only look good in one arm position. I see what they were trying to do I just think they missed the mark.

I assumed the OP meant the arms looked off not the royal sea weed. As in "action Figure" but I dont see it.

I agree sea weed would look better on helmets.

The issue is, when you're wearing pauldrons and you raise your arms, the pauldrons don't end up in your arm pits - unless you are a cheapy action figure.

Agreed, the Wyrms are good, but the riders are not so good.

There is not this idea.

Agreed as well. It looks like you could easily use the more normal arms from regular naiads, though

Yeah the Wyrms look awesome, as for the riders I'm not sure. I really just can't stand the colour scheme they use for them in general.

I rather like them, at least it's something a bit more original in the fantasy realm!
