If it is from the Demolitions doctrine then it looks like everyone gets melta bombs and one vet gets demolition charges. After that everyone is then a separate unit.

As Ossified said, only one veteran gets the demo charge. Still, it is fu to use if your opponent chooses to hunker down and cluster his forces, especially if you have a Chimera too.
