Hey mates. Am planning on fielding a Terminator Captain with a Squad of Terminators as one option for my army and just kind of wanted to get some feedback on how you guys have seen or utilize Terminators with Deathwatch. Currently I am thinking a Squad of 5x with:

* 2x Assault Cannon, PW
* 3x SB, PF w/Meltagun.
* Captain will have a Relic Blade & SB.

Thoughts?

I don't field mine in squads, but I have 2x Assault Cannon and Power Fist (a DA and a SW), 2x Heavy Flamer and Meltafist (a BA and a Salamander), and a Cyclone Missile Launcher/Storm Bolter/Power Fist (an Ultramarine).

What Power Weapons are you giving the Assault Cannon Terminators?

Dont use them. Storm Shield veterans are better vs AP 1/2 and cheaper to boot.
(I also have no termies)

I run three of them with assault cannons and power fists in a kill team with 5 frag cannon marines. Deepstrike them next to a high priority beast and watch the beast melt away due to 10 s9 ap2 shots along with 12 s6 ap4 rending shots.

Awesome to see in person. Placemen of termies and marines depend on the ap weapons of the enemy who will shoot back.

They're not better if you want Cyclone Missile Lauchers or Assault Cannons...
