Just looking for some feedback and opinions on this list I would like to use competitively. I don't generally play over 1K - 1.5K so this is kind of new to me.

But with the list below this is my plan.

Telion is the warlord, he gives his warlord trait that gives rending to the thunderfire cannons.
The cannon crews increase reinforce terrain for itself and the scout units to improve cover saves.

The white scars hunting force brings me grav guns mostly and rerolls vs critical targets

The white scars demi brings me rerolls against enemies on objectives as well as more maneuverability being able to move after shooting allowing my tacticals to jump out shoot and get back in their vehicles or move for an objective.

Devastator squad is a bit expensive BUT it will be accompanied by the chaplain. The thought behind this is to nulify eldar fliers with their 3+ rerollable jink saves by entirely negating the save with the hunters eye, having skyfire and the potential for rerolls if the flyer happens to be close to an objective.

So I'm bringing high mobility
Transports to prevent first turn charges to my marines (hopefully)
Grav gun Anti low armor saves and anti vehicle
Thunderfire cannons + rending, anti infantry + light vehicle
Ignores cover skyfire for anti air
Lots of marines & Bikes for good ground coverage and board presence.

I'd personally say you're lacking anti vehicle firepower, its best not to rely on grav and the devastators have thier limits. Personally i'd give the attack bike a multi melta and/or swap one squad of bikers to melta guns.

shame you don't have the points to put heavy weapons on the tac squads but it's a decent list.

Yeah if I could find the points I would put meltas on the tactical. If I dropped the flak missiles I could give meltas but it would sort-of defeat the purpose of the missile weapons on the dev's at that point I think. I could also bring in a hunter / stalker for the price of the missiles if I were to downgrade the devastators but again that removes my anti-jink anti air.
