Garbage sculpting or not, It isn't warlord sending the C&D's.
Take the opportunity to buy up what you can, bemoan Warlord for the quality of their sculpts. The alternative is to just buy something else from Not Who manufacturers and support them that way.
There's also a 'right' and a 'wrong' way to enforce intellectual property rights.
Games Workshop (Chapterhouse) and CBS/Paramount (Axanar) skipped right past a C&D and straight to a lawsuit, which is basically the worst way to handle it. And you can see what it did to
GW in the long run.
This C&D from Jack Daniels is a really great example of how to enforce and protect intellectual property rights while also being respectful of others, respecting the inherent limitations of intellectual property rights, respecting the power disparity, and ultimately building their brand and goodwill.
