Trying to find scale references, I want to use Spartan games USNC Pelican or Covenant Phantom Drop ship as a proxy, it looks like they might be just a little too small. Can anyone confirm

Yea, I really don't think you understand just how huge the Orca is.

That's the main reason it got dropped. so huge and detailed the price was far too high for its model performance, so it saw no sells.

I don't know the precise numbers, but I'm pretty sure its about 25 inches long.

can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now.

That link looks like a scratch build blue foam one instread of a FW resin model. But I could be mistaken.

It is, but it's an exact replica, and the best size comparison I found.

At 12" I don't think those drop ships will be much smaller than the Orca which I think is in the region of 15".
