Okay, I know people hate these versus threads, but I just need extra input in this argument: does a klingon warrior equal an ork boy in combat, 1v1?

To my knowledge, they have never fought a 1v1 combat. Therefore, your question is difficult to answer.

Well in Rynn's world there were multiple one on one fights with orks, and several star trek books as well as several enterprise episodes have Klingon warriors fighting solo, but Idk how familiar people are with them.

Those one on one fights were mostly with Space Marines, and while my familiarity with Star Trek is limited there is no equivalent there to my knowledge.
A Guardsman, while at a physical disadvantage, is still reasonably equal to an Ork 1v1. How equal is a klingon and an armed human?

If it's Captain Kirk he'll defeat a whole squad of Klingon warriors on his own. Any other human will probably lose 1v1 against a Klingon, even if he's a really strong man vs a cleaning lady.

I'd say it depends on the setting, their armaments, and what information can be gleaned from a closer inspection of the two races.
I'm lazy, so I won't be doing any of that.
But I will say my money is on the ork, even if it's just a boy. They're what, 7 feet tall, muscled out the whazoo, hardier than just about every other race in a galaxy of war... and he makes his gun shoot by believing it will.

Orks are equivalent in height to a human, and they are most certainly not hardier than just about every other race.

Orks are equivalent in height because they routinely suffer from a terrible slouch, it's stated that they'd be significantly taller if they just bothered standing up straight. Orks are also a race with doctors whom routinely perform highly invasive procedures and bionic replacement with rusty hacksaws, dirty syringes, and no anesthetic, and a routinely have patients survive this ordeal. An Ork can have amputated body parts (upto and including their head) reattached with some heavy-duty needle and thread or simply bolted back together. The form of currency used in Orkish civilization is their own teeth, which they routinely knock out of one another's heads. Orks can fight on for a time when functionally dead (brains almost completely blown out, total disembowelment) and the their largest source of food seems to be their own dead kin.
This isn't headcannon, this is all info easily available in recent Ork codex'.
It's important to realize that Orks on the TT are a piss-poor representation of how sturdy the bastards are supposed to be, but this can be said for a lot of models in a fluff vs crunch comparison.

Yeah, fluff vs crunch never works. Like how easily space wolves kill everything in TT but in the lore it's always extensive casualties

Yeah, my money's on the Ork. Klingons seem like they would win on average vs your standard Redshirt (maybe Redshirt with 30 second montage of combat training).
In the fluff (and in the crunch to a degree), Orks are significantly tougher and stronger than your average human.
Actually, I'm assuming this is in CC. At range, Klingon disruptors would probably have the edge in accuracy, although you might need more shots you take down an Ork seeing as standard humans aren't instantly blown to pieces by them (just think how OTT a Boltgun would be in Trek).

Single combat
Both sides would enjoy the fight - I think that its likely the Ork/s would win out in terms fo strength and durability in close combat.
Now a Vulcan might be a better fight as they are extremely strong.
