Why not make the windrider host a CAD and put the wraithknights in the 2 cads and then all ur bikes get obsec which is a much better bonus for the bikes. Also maybe consider swapping 1 wraithknight for a board n sword one it should give you a nice counter assault threat unit whilst being able to put pressure on your opponent

Are there build restrictions or guidelines, like ITC?

I second this and will add:
a. Vypers are weak and the points could be better spent on upgrading the warlock to a farseer.
b. ObSec is often key to Maelstrom missions, and having played ITC missions in tourneys since their advent, I have experienced this. And, of course, eldar jetbikes are the best at the ObSec game, especially when you go second.

This, too: Having a h2h D-wep to deal with Imperial Knights is a "Good Thing" compared to just S10 WraithKnight knees and fists. For both WKs, toss the extra guns to spend points on more JBs (if you have them). If you make one WK a Sword and Shield, give him two guns, making for good assault options, having shot at two different targets.

And, I would re-equip your autarch to be a spider. I know the autarch model has wings ( I own the model too ) and a Fusion Blaster, but that one-shot Fusion isn't great. I ran a Fusion autarch for quite some time in 6e and the Fusion rarely paid off. However, when he's kitted like a spider it makes him very resilient as a Warlord when staying with an Iron Resolve exarch. Which unit were you planning to attach him?

Sorry a millions times for this late reply, I was waiting for the player pack to come out and it was really late.
The only restriction that applies to me is a maximum of 2 gargantuans.
The original reason why I had a craftworld warhost was because I thought there was a three detachment restriction.
Ive since found out there is unlimited detachments available.
So heres my updated list.

CAD 1:

Farseer - 120pts
- jetbike, singing spear

Windriders 81pts
- 3 man, 3 scatter lasers

Windriders 81pts
- 3 man, 3 scatter lasers

Windriders 51pts
- 3 man, 3 shuriken catapaults

Wraithknight - 325 pts
- heavy wraithcannons, 2 scatter lasers

CAD 2:

Autarch - 100pts
- banshee mask, fusion gun, swooping hawk wings

Windriders 81pts
- 3 man, 3 scatter lasers

Windriders 81pts
- 3 man, 3 scatter lasers

Windriders 81pts
- 3 man, 3 scatter lasers

War Walker - 60pts
- 2 scatter lasers

Wraithknight - 325pts
- sword and board, 2 scatter lasers

Assasins:

Culexus Assassin - 140pts

Aspect Host:

Warp Spiders - 105pts
- 5 man, exarch

Warp Spiders - 105pts
- 5 man, exarch

Warp Spiders - 105pts
- 5 man, exarch

I can't give the autarch a warp jump generator cause i have to be WSYWIG and i wont be able to get that model ready in time.
The Autarch usually stays in reserve and drops down on a backfield objective late game.
Cheers
