Hey everyone,
So I was looking through some death korps of krieg army lists and notices a couple were using tanks such as stormlords for lords of war choices, however when I looked in the Seige of vraks second edition the only tanks you can have for lords of war are malcadors, macharius tanks, the baneblade and a few more of the forge world vehicles such as the heavy transports - but no mention of the stormlord. Was just wondering where the rules are that say you can field these or is it just assumed they can take the ones that regular IG can?
Thanks

I think that they can take any LoW from the IA books as well, and if not, well, no one will begrudge you a Stormlord or two.

Oh ok, its just I'm a bit confused as some people say it has been updated saying you can take any of the IG Lords of war as DKoK but I cant seem to find any forgeworld updates or anything that say that.

I believe you can only take a Stormlord with your DKoK ( IA12 and SoV) as an unbound army.
Here is a link to all of the FW Lord of War options for various 40K armies:
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/resources/fw_site/fw_pdfs/Warhammer_40000/Forge_World_Lords_of_War_Choices_for_Warhammer_40,000_Escalation.pdf&ved=0ahUKEwjC-fTToIDQAhVP6WMKHXYnCIAQFggbMAA&usg=AFQjCNEdr8-2RIOAKNLwIf41hW-JK3CfDA&sig2=82ogieHndhCTbHDyL941xA
I think FW may be changing these rules soon as you can no longer find a link on the FW download page, although the PDF is still hosted by FW (found via google).

Most imperial armies can take knights by default.
The allies system is default, pretty much allows them to join anyone.

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

FudgeDumper - It could be that you are just so uncomfortable with the idea of your chapters primarch having his way with a docile tyranid spore cyst, that you must deny they have any feelings at all. |
