Thanks Mondo, but I'm not too sure where to start.

Animus, thank you VERY MUCH for providing this sort of list! Let me answer each questions bit by bit.
What were their worlds like?-Wracked with storms of frost and lightning. Rather inhospitable, thus breeding some tough mofos. Sort of like Fenris, but not nearly as bad.
How did that shape their culture?-As mentioned above, tough mofos. In addition, due to being cut off every once in a while, they sorta developed a religion, with the Phaeron at the center. They believe that he brings the storms, and controls who lives and who dies.
Loyalist or Secessionist?-Loyalists.
How eagerly did they go to war with the Old Ones?-Very eagerly. Their Phaeron was their god, so the Old Ones? False deities.
Loyalist or Secessionist II, Electric Boogaloo-Loyalist, again.
Arrival of the C'Tan?-Initially, they were poised to attack them, seeing them as false deities, but the Phaeron explained they were demigods, under his control. So they welcomed them after that, expanding their religion to include them.
Biotransference?-They were told it would bring them closer to their god. So they were all over that.
Who were the rulers?-Not 100% sure yet. But they were already a wee bit crazy, buying into their own religion.
How successful was the Biotransference?-On the regular population, enormously so, since they were willing. On the rulers, it amplified their megalomania-that is, their belief that they were, in fact, the gods and demigods of the religion they created.
Renewed War in Heaven?-They went at it with a new vigor, believing themselves to be gods.
How bad did they suffer during the sleep?-Outside of going bat-shiz crazy with power, and thinking they're gods? Not too badly.
How were they affected by what had been done to them?-Not all that much, actually. Being immortal and more powerful now, they believe that this was always their form as gods, and now they simply are their true selves.
What happened to their worlds during the sleep?-Some were colonized. A few got destroyed as Canoptek beings were destroyed in too large numbers by the cold and lightning. But overall, mostly okay and waking up.
How did this affect the Necrons?-Not by much.
Who are the rulers now?-The same "gods" as before. I have yet to name them.
What are their new goals?-To establish themselves as gods of all the other races, as well as of the Necrons themselves. No more corpse Emperor on his rotting throne, no more Ethereals with their weak, fleshy bodies, no more Khaine or Isha.
