Just something I wanted to clarify...

As I understand it Jago Sevatar has the Master of Ambush warlord trait. Conferring infiltrate to X amount of units. As well as Acute Senses where by the unit may re-roll to see which table edge they come in on.

In conferring infiltrate does that also confer outflank?

My lists put my terror squads in Dreadclaw's so I can choose my assaults more carefully. However, rather than spending over 300+ points on transports I questioned why I would not use outflank and bring them on as reserves instead?

Also as the Terror squads already have infiltrate, I could have a fully infiltrating 2k list bar my Venator that I also take.

yeah that would be kinda fun, can you get them in Rhinos? They could be pretty effective that way.

Some bros on a Facebook Night Lords group put me straight with a few things I wanted to do.

Namely that Sevatar's Master of Ambush warlord trait is not that of 6th/7th Ed. Its literally only the outflanking units gaining acute senses, which is obvious ok but not amazing.

As such this is my list I've come up with:

What I would really love to understand is how I should actually be deploying these guys? Anyone had any luck with just infiltrating and foot slogging? My main kill-team is dropping in Sev with the vet's using the nuncio to call in close Quad battery artillery, then dropping in my terminators if something is to stubborn.

Just for clarifications sake, I would list the Second Vindicator in the "add-ons" portion of the Squadron Options, that way people don't think you are taking two Siege Tank Squadrons, as you are only allowed 1 HS Slot in a Terror Assault.

Hey, to my understanding you cannot attach apothecarions into the terror squads. I would love to be wrong about this, as I would very much like to add apothecarions there too. Specifically, terror squads are not listed on Apothecary detachment list of units they can be attached to.

Can anyone confirm this which way it it? I'm just working on information given in book HH1.

Apothecarys were updated in the new Legions book to attatch to anything with the appropriate LA rules (even assault and bike squads if upgraded with a Bike or Jump Pack), unless the squad has Terminator Armor.
