From the look of the princes gear, I would have thought OP would have the prince flying around carrying out psychic shenanigans. Since the prince is flying I wouldn't think he would be that vulnerable to instant death weapons seeing as though not many are ranged. (Unless of course he is going against GK's)

It's a relic from Black Legion Codex, gives the bearer a special psy power and increases his mastery lvl by one.

Yeah it seems so that the op want's the DP to fly around and summon stuff or something in this direction=).

Skull would be good for a melee orientated DP maybe with the favoured of Chaos formation, but it's expansive.

For what environment is your army made? Casual, Tournament? What are your enemy armies?

If for a harder environment i would make 2x5 CSM in Rhinos with plasma or melta and put the chaoslord on a Bike with fist+ claw and some spawns.

Based on the fact that he's taking 7 man units of CSM and the fact that he's using termies, I would guess it's a more casual list. Could be wrong though.
