Heres a list idea ive spent way too long thinking about today for 2000 points of Iron Hands in 30k Horus Heresey.
takes advantage of key Iron Hand benefits
Rite of War: head of Gorgon
Cyber Familiars for character to boost invulnerable saves by 1. (cataphractii becomes 3+ invulnerable)
Dedicated and outflanking Land Raider transports which also have Blessed Autosimulcra rule for hull point regen.
Iron Father praetor to also repair Land raider if needed.
-1T on shooting attacks
Stubborn in deployment zone
Free graviton gun upgrade for flamers.

total :2000 on the dot.
The game plan, have my graviton rapiers set up in suitable locations, either together or opposite corners depending on how much alpha strike the opponent has.
Each one bubble wrapped with Breacher squads providing a strong defence of re-rollable armour saves against blasts and 6+ invulnerable (5+ in combat) and defensive grenades.
I have gone Graviton heavy on the defense because of how strong it can be in 30k. concussive, haywire and putting down areas of difficult+dangerous terrain can make opponents think twice. Its a shame they count as heavy weapons.
Once the rapier safety is assured the breacher squads can move into objective cap range of anything my side of the table. being stubborn in deployment zone coupled with vexella's almost guarantees that these the squads will stick around under weight of opposing fire. Add in the Centurion and Apothecary for even more resilience, the Centurions can even be used as sacrificial missiles to delay oncoming close combat units those crucial extra turns. And the apothecary's with the augurs can discourage deep-strikes with that excellent intercept option.
On the offensive we have the command squad "death-star" in an assault land raider. If i could squeeze points somewhere to give it ceramite that would be a boon. Rocking only 4 terminator models and an apothecary with a power sword, the standard providing fearless will keep them where i send them, and the paragon blade and power weapons will deal with what i send them into. Lacking a sweeping advance might be a concern but it is outweighed by the invulnerable saves on such a small unit.
Finally there is a last support squad in another dedicated transport Land Raider. I needed something to provide light support to the terminator party wagon and was strapped for anything sufficiently punchy to put in another land raider. Even going so far as to get one without an assault ramp to save points. I am undecided on which option to equip them with as both the rotor and the volkite have downsides. its either lots of strength 3 shots, or a large probability of snap shooting a few strength 6 (disembarking or being forced to move in the opponents deployment zone will be high on the agenda). At least both options benefit from a massive 30" range allowing me to take advantage of gaps or unprotected objectives out of assault range.
(there is still an option to save points for this squad and go flamer\graviton)
anyway i would love to hear some feedback and ideas.

You could get some tartaros pattern terminator armour for your centurions so they might get a chance to eliminate the units coming for your breacher/graviton pillows?
Not sure if that's entirely viable because of the lower invuln save.

Doesn't the Rite of War "The Head of the Gorgan" say you can only take one Consul?
A few general notes: Where is your anti-armor? Anti-flyer? As far as I can tell, you have four total TL Lascannon's from the two Land Raiders that can touch AV 14, and one chainfist?
Why not take meltabombs in the Breacher squads?
Graviton kinda sucks in 30K. You would be much better off converting your Rapiers to Bombards or Lascannon Destroyers so they can fulfill a more anti-armor role.
The Legion Support Squad- I like the Volkite Calivers, but not Rotor Cannons. Neither are all that good on a squad that doesn't have Relentless armed with Salvo weapons. Especially in a squad rolling around in a Proteus. I'd say make these guys Plasma or Melta, and give them a Drop Pod or Rhino. Give one of the Breacher Squads the Proteus.
I hate to say it, but your "Deathstar" isn't all that fearsome. At 2,000 points, that's up to 500 points in Lords of War choices, and if you don't think someone won't bring a Primarch at 2K... the Primarch's are between 400-500 points.
Three things I always plan on seeing and having to deal with on a table:
1. Primarch
2. Fire Raptor or Storm Eagle
3. Spartan Land Raider
If I don' t have a hard counter or plan in dealing with the above, then I scrap the list and start over. Your meta might be different, but right now, your army has no way of dealing with my "Big Three".

May I ask: How badly are people spamming fliers and spartans in your local area? Not meant as an insult, just curious? Graviton is haywire, ergo, decent AV (2+ glance and ignore flare shield  ) He's at 2k, if people are bringing spartans, fire raptors, and primarchs, then he has enough points to basically play around them (and the fact that they are dumping ~1/4 of their army into a single unit  ) He can easily mulch a spartan with the rapier gravitons and the breachers as well (as well as having those breachers able to take a charge from whatever's in the spartan. I do agree 100% that rotor cannons are "meh" but volkite can be fun in this situation.
as to the list: Why have 2 generic centurions with no real weapon upgrades or console types? I like the durability of them, but that only goes so far. I agree with Tamwulf that the Land Raider for the support team is a bit much, but you could easily put some breachers in there, or swap if for a few rhinos for everyone

Does the command squad have implacable advance? Because if not, I don't think you have enough scoring units.You have 2 backfield units to defend your rapiers, which is fine (though with concentrated fire 10 3+ save marines are not going to last long in 30k). But where are your units to take midfield or your opponent's objectives? Objectives are vital in most 30k games. I feel like a smart opponent will just focus their fire on your 2 breacher squads and the 5 man support squad to ensure that their troops can take your objectives.
