Lets say I have a Tau Riptide with Skyfire (Velocity Tracker) and Interceptor (Early Warning Override). Does this mean I can shoot Skyfire at a flyer when it enters the table, interceptor-vice (between its movement phase and its shooting phase)?
If I´m not firing the Riptides secondary weapon, do I have to fire it as Skyfire later on, in my ordinary shooting phase?

Yes you can skyfire when you intercept.
I would say no, you choose at the start of your shooting phase whether you want to use skyfire.

From 'Velocity Tracker':
"A model with a velocity tracker can choose whether or not to have the Skyfire special rule each time he makes a shooting attack (choose once for all weapons)."
So yes, when you make a shooting attack using the Interceptor special rule you may choose whether or not to also have the Skyfire special rule.

Sorry I used the wrong wording, but the basic answer still standa: no, you don't have to use skyfire in your folloqing shooting phase.

Indeed, it is on a shooting attack by shooting attack basis.
