Looking for chains to decorate chaos unit I have something in mind, but can't quite get that out from my head, you know what i mean?

Yeah Dark Eldar vehicles have loads, and you get some little chains with Hellions too...

Go to a dollar or craft store and buy cheap jewelry and cut them down.

or just grab a roll of jewerly chain etc also pick up jump rings, make good manacles and ways to attach the chain to various places
