Hey guys, If I take a Librarius conclave (Looking to take 5x ML2 Librarians), can I then split them up between my units instead of running as a 5-man unit?

I'm planning on taking them with Divination (for the primaris) to get some bad luck protection in key units (Sternguard, Skitarii Vanguard with Plasma) and possibly Biomancy (again, for the Primaris to add firepower).

If I can split them up, I know its very inefficient, but it's fluffy to the theme of my army (Mechanicus-based SM/Skitarii force, they're basically techmarines who provide cybernetic adjustments in battle)

yes

They can still do their warp charge/share powers thing, even in different units. Just as long as they are within 12”.

If you want Psychic Firepower, I'd roll on Telepathy instead. Psychic Shriek is miles better than Smite, and the other powers are good unit-wide buffs, rather than Biomancy's mostly single-person buffs.

You might want to look at those "new" space marine powers. Technomancy might be closer to the thing you are looking for.
