So I want to run 9 Necron Tomb Blades with Neb Scopes and Shield Vanes. Comes in at 198. But that's 9 T5 Jetbikes with Twin-Linked STR 5 Gauss weapons. I really love the models, but I feel like people would get super butthurt. What would you do? Run the list as is? Nerf it to the 4 Blades, 6 Immortals or 3 Blades and 10 Warriors? I'm torn.

Option 3-ask your buddies who'll be playing there. See what they think.

Ask any one else playing/the guy running it. I think it's a pretty brutal list, but I think I could also run some other stuff and table it.

If it's a fluff campaign, I'd bring something else.

That's a bit drastic. I doubt everyone will hate me, I'm a pretty likable person.

Lol. So I guess my follow up to the majority saying "Don't do it!" is: Would a list that is watered down be acceptable? Say 3 Tomb Blades and 10 Warriors? (196 pts).

I run 3 Tomb Blades (one with Vanes and Scopes, one with just Vanes (I give him Ignores Cover Specialist) and one bare bones) and 5 Praetorians. It's pretty dang good, and something to consider.
