Hey gents. I am gonna get that game. It was the first GW product I ever bought. It was fun, but really I just want a wood working project. So I was going to build a briefcase stadium replete with grandstands and stuff. To make the box for it, I need to know the approximate size of the dugouts and pitch. Looks like the old game was 26x15 squares. Each square being about 30x30mm. What's the size of the dugout? Are the new bases gonna be 30mm or 35mm or what? Thanks fellers.

New board is a little larger, but not by much. figures are retooled to the new sizes.

Game is out now, but the cover art shows them unpainted, and not to scale, just a picture of them. The new board is double sided, as well.

Before you start the project, you might want to get the game first, because the pitch is pretty cool. Ones greenish, the other is dirt/ rock lava field.

From the unboxing video with the game creatures, they said the pitch is the same number of squares. The pitch is just physically large due to the fact the squares are big enough for 32mm bases instead of 25mm.

Squares are 34mm rather than the old 29mm

And the pass template is 14 x 1.7 squares.
