First pass at a new daemons list.

Some versatility on which units to use in which detachments/stand alone formations. Should be able to make good use of the bonus invulnerables. Use the main list warp storm to boost invulnerables on the others to 3++ across the board.

Keep the omnicient oracles separate for the 2++ robes ?

You definetly want to keep the Oracles separate. I think re-rolling 1's is better than having just a 2++. And with FW as WL and the Incursion, you will likely get the +1 Invul Warp Storm result half the time, and with so many psykers, you are almost guaranteed Cursed Earth.

I think the Oracles formation really needs at least 2 LoCs but I am not sure how you could squeeze that in without dropping the Heralds.

And I am not sure about the MurderHorde. Would it not be better to drop it and the Lorestealer host in favor of a Warpflame Host?
Take 1-2 units of Pinks and fill the rest with Flamers or E-Flamers. Join the Heralds where needed and you're good

Honestly the thought of fielding pink horrors with the new split rule is making me queazy.

I would drop the Lorestealer host as well, it's just a bit... meh.

However, unlike Galef, I would be tempted to invest some more in the Murderhorde i.e. Karanak instead of furies, take the crimson crown, get some more hounds.

Besides that, looks good. The psychic will be very damaging for your opponant, especially if you can stomach summoning some pink horrors.

Only having 2 blue horrors at the moment, I'm inclined to agree. Just seeing what can be done with the new detachment.

Oh, I am not saying the Murder Horde is a bad choice, just that it needs to have more invested in it to really excel. The Warpflame host has cheaper options and is ok with minimum units (or close to minimum in the case of 11 horrors). And it provides places for the Heralds to go. The Blue Horror formation seems tacked on for this purpose, rather than actually synergizing like the WF host would.

It just seems that the original list has cut down the units too much just to field the minimums. If you take out just 1 formation, you can make the others much better.

40 Hounds is my limit.

Dropping the blues, basically means dropping the heralds, so summoning options become limited.
Another loc would work, but don't have one.
Maybe a Bt could fit
Or wj excuse to run my bloodcrushers

The 40 hounds isn't really the issue. You want your Khorne herald to be giving them a Loci. I find Hatred is the best for them. It would also be ideal to have at least 1 unit not at the minimum 5 for the Heralrd to join, but that is personal preference since you'll have multiple units crowded together anyway.

The Blue horror Formation is a fine place to put each Herald, but you are not getting the most out of them by not upping their ML. Sure the Herald formation gives extra WC per Herald, but so would fielding a CAD with 2 ML3 Heralds and untis of 11 Obsec Blue Horrors.
