Exchange the scout squads for scout bikers that'll get you Locator Beacons to help your Steel Rehn fall more accurately. I'd personally exchange some of your many meltaguns for other special weapons and perhaps drop some of the Veteran upgrades and Power Fists for more point efficient options (i.e. Meltabombs). Also I'd personally exchange the Heavy Bolters for something more useful like Missile Launchers.
But otherwise looks like a solid (if spammy) list.

First, welcome to Dakka.
Plasma pistols, while iconic and cool, are comically overpriced. Those points could be better spent elsewhere. Armywide, just cut them. If you have one model you really like the look of, you can make an exception for him, but they should never be spammed.
Captain is otherwise fine as a jack-of-all-trades build.
I almost never give my tac sarges anything more then a combi weapon to match the squad’s special. Sometimes a meltabomb. Vet/CC upgrades are really not worth it, especially spammed that hard. For the points you’ve sunk into them, you could have another formation. Unwieldy weapons on 1W characters is also something to avoid. Unless there is going to be a HQ attached to the squad to soak challenges.
I’ll second the idea to vary the loadout a bit. One thing about pod armies is the ability to put the right squad next to the proper target. You want to build your list like a toolboox, to ensure you have the right one for the job.
While assault squads might get more milage from CC toys then the tacs, you should still watch your points. Given the nature of the list, running these as 2xflamer squads is a good idea. (as it is in general)
You could take some points off the sarges and upgrade your devs to grav cannons. They work well stepping out of pods. Also, swapping your captain out for one in capheracti armor would let you pull some S&P tricks with one of them.
The assault cannon is not TL’d. Still a good call for stepping out of a pod. These guys could benefit from HFs, and possibly venerable status. Or swap to ironclads.
I would swap the scouts for bikes a/o mounted units in LSS. One thing about drop pods is once you land, that’s it. Footslogging from that point on. Having the scouts be more mobile would let you redeploy as needed to react to the battle.

I have the Assault cannon as TL on accident cuz at first it was different weapon that WAS in fast twin linked.

Blood Ravens, best marines chapter to ever exist. I have a good army of Bravens myself, though with less drop pods.
And I do see your point on the Scout snipers, they are good, but locator beams are endlessly sexy especially with your list, and bikes look cooler IMO.
I'm also not a big fan of having ALL of your tic tacs and.... well, everything else, in 5 man boy bands, because they're so much easier to pick off. I understand for perhaps devas but with tic tacs it kinda leaves them vulnerable especially as they're your "rough rough front line guys" who will soak up a lot of fire. Assault squads it depends what you're up against whether or not you put them in squads of 5 or 10.
Everything else is scrum-diddly-umptious, though I would consider taking off some plasma pistols as has already been stated, but don't be afraid to keep one or two in important units as they do occasionally come in really handy in some situations.
