so in aug last year the new eldar book dropped i was deployed and didn't get it one year latter im wondering is there a posibility of a new one coming next year or it will be a wile before we see a new pointy ear book around ?.

Hey, mate! I think you posted this in the wrong section, it probably belongs somewhere in 'General Discussion'.
That being said... No news on the front of a new Eldar Codex. The next things on the list are Imperial and Chaos, and then who knows, but probably not Eldar.
