Anyone know of any documents or pdf's or something that have all the known psyker disciplines typed up? I want to create some easy psyker cards for my army this Saturday.

Not typed, but you could copy them. There's an app called Rules 40k which has them listed

Interesting. Apple store?
Wow, just reading this for the first 45 seconds and sooooo many errors.... Discipline of Change alone, has 2 Tzeenthch's Firestorm, 2 Bolt of Change, and 2 Infernal Gateway... so it's missing 3 powers.

Maybe? I dont really know off the top of my head but why would they do that? Why would normal psyker disciplines get 7 powers but chaos only get 4?
Well, what would be the recommended disciplines for my army?

All of the chaos disciplines were updated to 6 powers each, both demons and CSM. The updated listings can be found in Warzone Fenris pt 1 for Daemons and Traitor Legions for CSM. Tz update for CSM can be found in Wrath of Magnus as well as Traitor Legions.

Magnus has set powers. Ahri is going to want to snag Telepathy primaris and then probably stick with Tz for syphon. The rest you can decide before the game when you have a general idea of what you are facing. The two that stand out, to me are biomancy and heretech. Overall magnus and ahri are going to be eating your WC's for witchfires so your other casters will only generally be support casting. Biomancy has some nice powers and if you get lucky you can land a 4. Heretech will give you access to buffs for your pred (altho im not sure you should be taking a tri-las pred in the first place) and more importantly, some very good anti AV powers. Also, while TZ still has some stinker (primaris) and situational powers you have some really good stuff now to.
Also, divination primaris is good to pick up on at least two sorcs so you do not have to waste WC;s on force to activate blessing of Tz.

Yeah, it's not fully updated to all the new books that have come out this year. Those, for example, are straight from the actual CSM codex, which only has 3 powers (plus a primaris) for each discipline.
