Hi

I was planning to add around 700 points worth of Hunting Force formation to my Ad Mech army, but not sure how to set it up at all

I was planning to take Khan, and a Librarian with Hunter's Eye.

Where I am basically stuck is the numbers on Command Squad, Bike Squads, Attack Bike Squads or Scout Bike Squads. I don't have much experience with SMs so don't know which bikes are preffered..

The purpose of the formation will be to move forward fast while my robots slowly move and shoot. Bikers will hopefully get to assult something as well.

I always go 5 Bikes as you always need bullet catchers for your special weapons.
Command Squad will always be 4 special weapons, 2-4 Storm Shields, and the Apothecary.
Attack bikes will be used in 3 man squads. With hit and run you don't need to worry about getting stuck anywhere.

I can't even offer assistance with Scout Bikes as I've literally never touched the unit. Not to say they're bad, but I've never known what to do with them.

Also remember you might want to go with a simple CAD if you need OBJ secured. Not sure exactly what your needs are.

Hunting force gives some buffs but you lose OBJSec. Plus you have the scout bike tax.

Either way I would take Slayer-Fan123s suggestions (personally I run only 2 SS on my Command squad).

But don't I need to get Troops if I go for a CAD? I don't really waste points on scouts just for ObSec

When you got a Space Marine HQ character on bike, regular bikers become Troops -choice. So you got that covered without scouts or tacs.

A CAD with Ko'sarro Khan, a Bike Command Squad with four special weapons and an apothecary, and a handful of Bike Squads toting special weapons is going to be a much better investment of points over a Hunting Force. You don't need the Scout Bike and Attack Bike tax and get Objective Secured. It is a much better option. And like others have said, a Bike HQ, which Ko'sarro Khan is, will turn bike squads into Troops.
