I have a newbish question regarding what a Big Mek can be armed with: Currently mine has a Warbike, Kustom Mega-slugga, and Kill-saw. But I hear that Big Meks with KFF are better for the Warbikers tactics. So my question is: If I replace his slugga with a KFF, can he still take a Mega-slugga? I'd like to try it but it wouldn't be cost-effective model wise to if I couldn't use my current Big mek models, who has the original load-out. Him I could modify to have a KFF fairly easily.

If you've traded your slugga for a Kustom Force Field, do you have a ranged weapon to replace with a Kustom mega-slugga?

That's what I'm asking; The Codex entry only said that the KFF replaces the slugga, then it say the big mek can take items from the Mek's weapons list. It never specified that the items from said list replaces anything, unless it does elsewhere that I missed.

EDIT: It does indeed say that in the Mek weapons list itself. Oh well, thank you for your response!

Look at what the codex says directly below 'Mek Weapons' in the Ork Wargear List.
