The Corsair Prince has "Force of Will" as an ability. I've been through Doom of Mymeara but I can't find it.

Where is that rule? What page?

Yeah, I see it now. Looked right passed it.

I wonder, a lot, how I ever manage to win games.

Thanks.

The nightwing flyer has "agile" among other rules. Supersonic and Vector Dancer are in the RB.

Where/what book has the "agile" rule?

Agile is one of those weird rules that Forgeworld throwes around everywhere but only actually explains in one book. In this case Agile is +1 to your jink saves.

Thanks for that, too. Although let's not get Dakka in trouble for publishing GW's IP.

(aware of the irony that I just looked up the rule from Imperial AeroNautica on pirate website).

Is it legal to substitute a Wraithseer (Doom of Mymeara) for a WraithLord in the Wraith Host formation?

In the ITC?

Wraith Host formation
Spiritseer
*WraithSeer
x3 WratithGuard
Skathatch

The thing is, a Skathach can be included (its Doom of M entry is very clear). So can the Wraithseer also substitute in for a regular WraithLord? Its listing does not have the Skathach's inclusive text. Anyone really clear on ITC list building?

As far i'm Aware it's not legal to substitute a Wraithlord for a Wraithseer in a Wraith host, but be wary ITC may rule differently in order to allow some balance.

Isn't it the spirit seer instead of the wraith seer?

Not so sure, since i do not know ITC special rulings/ modifications.

I know if you are using a pale court with the TRait Tomb-ship of fallen heroes, you can choose either one, but no option for that on the normal Wraithost formation. Reason because i think it's a personal ITC modification.

You're both right.

@kryczek,
Pale Court specifies Tomb of FH for MC WraithSeer instead of an infantry Spirtseer, if I were to use that. The thing is, Graveyard of Dreams, specifies h2h Wraith Blades only. No shooters. Meh.

However, I will use the Eldar codex's Wraith Host, because you can take gun WGs or h2h WraithGuard (blades). So, it'll be guns. And, you know, D-wep fun is what you bring to a GT.

And Battle Focusing those WG with their short range guns ...

ITC has been cool with including the Skathach at tourneys for more than a year (longer?), but I chafe at having to pay such a poor tax that is the WraithLord for the Wraith Host formation. *If* he could be upgraded to a W-Seer, then he'd be worthwhile.

The reason a scathach can be taken in place of a wraithknight in most instances is because it's DoM army list entry says so. The Wraithseer has no such permission in its unit entry, so you can't swap it in. As far as I know the cheapest way to tack it on to a craftworld warhost is to include a Lord of the undying command choice which is the wraithseer and only one unit of wraithblades (instead of the 3 the pale Courts option requires). If you're just doing the wraith Host and not a full craftworld warhost then don't worry, the undying host also counts as a standalone formation so you can still tack it on. This used to be a good option since the blades could simply act as a bodyguard unit for the wraithseer, however since GW recently FAQ'd away MC ICs ability to join units, the wraithseer must slog it alone.

Whether or not the ITC has house rules to make the wraithseer more playable, I cannot say.
