I thought he was referencing the ultramarines, I couldn't find any chapters with the cry strength and honour. Although there are a lot of successor chaptors so I could have missed it.

Interestingly, "Strength and Honour" is the battlecry/salute of Maximus (Russel Crowe) in the film Gladiator. He does it before his cavalry charge and when he meets his second in command they have a warrior salute before both intoning "Strength and Honour". It's lead to me and my brother doing it every single time we meet now

Zhad's personal warcry is just redlining the Rpms on his bike. He might say something else but his bike drowns everything out.
