So who are these "black templars" who take commands from witches, mutants and aliens and when do the real ones drop out of the warp to purge them all.

The only psykers that Black Templar actually respect are Astropaths, individuals who have stood in the literal light of the God-Emperor, the individual the Black Templar worship, and been bound to him on a spiritual level, and Navigators, who they are required by necessity to at least be polite towards.
All others, including other sanctioned psykers, are not treated that great.

Just look at them not caring about the psyker, the mutant and the alien. They have to be the worst disguised alpha legion detachment ever.

Templar brother 1 - "Look at this filthy witch, brother, she thinks we are allies."
Templar brother 2 - "Aye, just you wait witch. Soon your kind will be purged from the galaxy, LIKE THE FILTH THAT YOU ARE!"
Inquisitor - "Hm? What did you say marine?"
Templar brother 2 - "Nothing Inquisitor! We were rejoicing in the privilege of working with the grand Inquisition!"
Inquisitor - "As you were then." (Walks off)
Templar brothers - (Purges internally)
Only explanation.

A just question! I hear troubling rumours of these so-called "Templars", fleeing from Chaos traitors, accepting the help of filthy xenos along the way! What heresy is this!?

Although I suspect the OP is tongue in cheek, I cannot help but feel a little triggered by this post:
A psyker hating psyker who hates herself for being a psyker, the perfect ally to the Black Templars. Even they would be like "Damn, she cold"
An Ad-mech higher up. You know, the source of all of their war gear? Black Templar are "passionate", not stupid.
finally, and Eldar.. Umm... Yeah you got me there, it does annoy me that they don't start butchering them as soon as they are clear of Cadia.

We've been debating this particular Black Templar selfie for a while now. The Eldar-looking character has an Incubi look about him, with the trophy rack on his back, and also has what looks like a Razorwing perched on his arm.
What the Black Templars (notoriously xenophobic even within the Imperium) and the Dark Eldar (more arrogant and eldar-supremacist than even the Craftworld Eldar) are doing together in one picture is anyone's guess.
I fear another 'Blood Angels bro-fisting Necrons' incident...

Why is that xeno not blood on a chainsword...
Templers are the last to ever allied to xenos. And dark eldar are just as xenophobic and supremacist.

Agreed. It's perplexing.
Why is the xeno not blood on a chainsword?
Why are those mon-keigh not twiching in an agonised heap?
Why has the Templar on the right decided to take a selfie of his crew?
Perplexing...

I would be having a hayday if I was that dark eldar puppet master. It is just the kind of high risk high reward that you might want to pull off as a bored immortal. Imagine succeeding in a plan that results in all those moronic zealots willingly doing your biding. The competitors surely aren't going to expect this and aren't going t going to know what hit them : P
Automatically Appended Next Post: Why those "black templars" deviate from their purge first get grumpy when somebody asks questions dogma is totally lost to me.

While it is certainly unusual for the Black Templars to be working with something they despise so much, they are still pragmatic, and not stupid. If there somehow is no other choice than working with Xenos in order to beat Chaos, the Black Templars will undoubedly do so. They hate Chaos much more than they hate Xenos, and you can always still purge the Xenos after you dealt with the Chaos threat.
Also, it might be possible that they were ordered by the Inquisition. They certainly won't like it, but I don't think they would go against an esteemed Inquisitor's orders just because it includes working with someone they don't like. Even Black Templars are still rational beings to some degree.
Also, the AdMech are not mutants, just cyborgs. And inquisitors are not neccessarily psykers.
Still, a highly unusual situation at least. I look forward to reading the story behind that picture.

Well, its simple, you send the xenos in first, that way when you have used up all your bolt shells and your chainswords have no more teeth, you can pick up the corpse of the xenos and beat the enemy to death with it.

They don't exactly have a history of taking orders from the scrubs at Inquisition HQ.

Nah, they're usually cool with Inquisitors that ask for their help in purging heretics, mutants, psykers and xenos. It's Inquisitors that ask how many BT there are in total who tend to rile them a bit.

And gievn there desire to purge. A puritan inquisitor could work well with them if they knew not to ask how many they marines they have and a desire to purge all xeno and chaos scum...
They would get on fine probbly.
