Looks very competition worthy to me. I particularly like the black pigment on the gun barrels.
How did you do the weathering on the armour panels? They look great.

Really nice looking mini, the base is awesome man. I also love the pitted look on the armour plating

Facts are chains that bind perception and fetter truth. For a man can remake the world if he has a dream and no facts to cloud his mind. |

Very nice weathering, that is a fantastic job on the painting and the base provides a very convincing setting.

I use AK interactive'S chipping medium, but there are a ton of techniques For chipping and weathering. Some use the salt method, some use hairspray (I have done the latter, it works quite well, the cheaper the hairspray the better) under coat it in the rust color, then use your chipping medium, then spray your overcoat.the next step is to use some water and gently brush it on the surface. Be patient because it takes the water a little while (2-5 min) to activate the medium and you can brush off however much or little you want. You can use more coarse brushes for more chips, or a tooth pick if you want convincing scratches. My advice to anyone is don't take my word for it, try it out for yourself and experiment; you may stumble upon or develop an interesting new technique.
