New thread to discuss the Triumvirate characters and their uses together, in armies, or as allies.

Belisarius: I love this guy. In an admech army he is king. In an armored company list he becomes a god.

Greyfax: At first I thought she was just a mediocre choice but then I saw her warlord trait. She pretty much invalidates the genestealer cult codex and is useful for that reason alone. While not quite Coteaz in utility her unique power can punish armies the rely on high mobility or overwatch reliance armies like Tau.

Celestine: An amazing tank and utility for most any deathstar in the game. I'm already dreading playing against a superfriends list that adds her.

Something you can do with Greyfax:
Add her to a Sororitas Command Squad armed with 5 Condmner Boltguns.
Point at any deathstar relying on a couple of Psykers.
Laugh as he loses them all in one shooting phase.
As a squad, it costs about 300 points with a Rhino, and pretty much garuntees the death of any single Psyker, while fairly reliably killing 2 as long as they're both 2-wound models. (Like, say, Librarians.)

If you take the Triumvirate formation and use Greyfax as the Warlord, all three get her Warlord Trait. That is a good way to get three 24" radius bubbles of inability to Infiltrate. You can basically shut down Infiltrate for half of the board.

That isn't how that works. They get to use their own warlord traits not the trait 9f your warlord

You're right. Reading comprehension fail. Oh well. Greyfax is still cool for shutting down Infiltrate.

Considering servo skulls don´t stop GSC infiltrate I have a feeling that her rule may also not stop it.
