A quick talk about our upcoming trip to the AOS GT at warhammer world and overview of the armies we are taking!

I'll be interested to hear if certain Armies/list run the field fairly consistently.

...and of course hope to hear some tales of people getting steam rolled by Nagash. Here's hoping Death is viable.

Oh, sure, death is very viable... not Nagash though. GHB's boned (pun intended) summoning very hard, and that was Nagash's main draw. He just isn't worth the obscene amount of points he costs in matched play.

Hilariously enough, ghoul kings (flesh eater courts) are the most compettive choice of the lot, alongside tomb kings.

Aw what? Nagash got boned!?

I was never drawn to ghouls because I just liked the look of the skeletons/wights more. I probably should look at a Ghoul King with a Terror Gheist at some point.

Wight Kings still okay for the points then?

Definitely. A bit more support ortiented (skelleton hordes benefit greatly from their skill) but they are definitely still good.

I'd like to go but I'm across the pond, so far every list Ive seen is weak compared to what my crew has been coming up with.

Every faction can get a first turn devastating charge and 99% of players are running armies with zero ability to defend against it or recover from it.

Death is very viable.

Vampire Lord on abyssal terror + Necromancer + Crypt flayers = turn 1 charge of no recovery.
