I like the list but I have a few questions.

1. I guess I don"t fully understand how terrain affects skimmers and that makes we wonder what the benefit of the ghostwalk matrix is on the vyper. Could you explain them to me?

2. Why swooping hawks? personally I'm not a fan of them, were you just including them for the aspect host bonus because they are cheaper than warp spiders and still fast?

otherwise I would have to say I think you have your bases covered with all the fast moving units for objective grabbing and good means of killing tanks, popping transports and massacring whatever comes out.

Why are you using this formation when the majority of the fire power, the jetbikes, are Scatter Lasers and not Skuriken guns? And thus not benefiting from the formation's once-per-game bonus?

Seeing as ScatLas guns are generally more awesome, there's no need for the Windrider Host formation, and thus letting you get rid of the vyper-tax, as it is an easy Kill Point for your opponent.

Instead, go with the Seer Council formation. It gives the psychers are far better punch. Though it is a unit that needs a good general/player to make it work well (choosing which powers to roll for, when and where to use them best, etc. It is something *I* have not mastered).

Try to find points for a 6th bird, for the non scatter DS.

*If* the local meta is heavy with Grav Centurions, then having the ScatterShield will extend his longevity. Also, having more than two guns on him isn't necessary, when those points can be that 6th Hawk.

Crimson Hunters:
Did you miss-type and forget it's called the "Crimson Death" formation? Given their flyer (and no Hover) status, they hold a lot of points for units that can't score objectives nor Line Breaker.

Overall, your list is standard eldar tournament goodness:
Scatbikes
Apect Host Spiders
WK.
Heavy Psy-element

Although, I have found that everyone I play now knows not to shoot at spiders and that their effectiveness is waning with an evolving meta. Jetbikes, too.

Here in California, anyway.
