Just curious how Mechanicum players set up their HQs?

I had some ideas for the Magos Dominus:

It seems like Abeyant and Mechanitor Array seem like a given?

I wanted to come in around 160 points. So I was mixed on the last 10 points to spend.

I only run two magos dominuses. My 3rd HQ and Warlord is Anacharis Scoria; the two Dominuses (Domini?) are stock with no upgrades- they are just robo-herders and cybertheurgic batteries

There is a potentially interesting interaction with the Machinator array. Both cybertheurgy and repair say you can do it instead of firing a weapon, and the array lets you fire two weapons, so potentially maybe you can do both?

Every time i've had a word with my opponent about that wording opportunity, they have allowed it and said that it was totally in keeping with their idea of the mechanicum.
One of my opponents told me he doesn't see why i need to ask, so i'm leaning toward the notion that FW are allowing us to do both with strange wording and that nobody has bothered to ask for clarification from FW yet.

Edit: Every time i use a dominus, it's as a Thanatar Shepherd and uses its toughness - i take a master-crafted Photon thruster to keep wysiwyg, and a machinator array to allow him to shoot and cyberthurgize at the same time - the battlesmith rule also allows you to add a wound back to a cortex controlled model so you could give it back two wounds a turn if you're lucky!

Machinator array and augury scanner. Cheap babysitters for Darkfire Castellax and a Thanatar.

I take a machinator array and a cyber familiar and put him in with a castellex squad that is either bolters or darkfire. It's pretty cheap, but a good way to have an extra, tough body to a castellex squad.

"Do you really think 7th edition was the best edition?"

"Yes, and I'm tired of thinking otherwise."

Max a lone one out and use it as a Primarch-Tango'ing killing machine.
Over 300 points, but they always pull their weight. I leave robo shepherding to Auxiliaries with cortex controllers.

If you are spending 300 points, spend 315 and bring Scoria who is ridiculously op.

I've yet to actually use any of the characters, although that's due to the established rule at my local that 30k characters are strictly barred from 40k matches, of which I frequent.
That, and I just can't enjoy using OP stuff. I always feel bad when my opponent doesn't bother shooting my Kataphrons; I'm going to avoid Anach and Cawl like the plague.
