Hey guys! I recently got back into warhammer, a week ago, picked up the Necron getting started bundle and started painting away!

These are the ones I have done so far, bases and painted in a blue scheme :

Very well nice start. I really like your blues. Good job.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

They look really cool, nice to see blue weapons over the standard neon green. Only comment would be they could maybe use a little depth on the metal areas.

Depth as in nuln oil? I did a coat of that and then highlighted overtop, what do you recommend? Always open on ways I can potentially improve

Thumbs-up on the blues! Nice different color scheme there. Thanks for sharing. (I use a violet wash on metals, but I mostly use bronzes and golds. It adds a lot of depth in them but not sure its the right color for your necrons)

Keeping the hobby side alive!

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.

I would say so. Thing is it could make your minis darker. I like your bright look.

Nice and tidy, maybe try painting the gold parts a more coppery shade next time in order to really contrast with that blue.

Also, please clean up the rims of those scarab bases.
