Great looking miniatures, especially those Security Drones. They are adorably small!

Would work well in Wreck Age, too! I plan to use the minis in (at least) Wreck Age, TNT, Rogue Stars ... gosh I'm sure I could go on here ... but not least of all for Broken Contract, which seems like a cool concept.

Not bad. $10 for two tiny figures on sticks is a bit much though, especially in a kickstarter.

Totally agree. I want that Black Squadron shield guy for my Wreck Age crew!

$10 does seem a little high. $5 for two would be a no brainer purchase for me, but even $8 for two would be more palatable than $10.

I do like their design, though, so I might just fold their cost into the Black Squadron squad cost and pretend the squad was $40 and I got the drones for free.

Agree that the drones are expensive - but they are really cool sculpts and I don't think I can resist. DT777, I like the sound of your plan!

Ash Barker of GMG fame painted up a set of the Breakers:

Love how characterful these guys are. There is always room for more civilian-type sci fi miniatures!

Manchu, thank you for sharing this!

Kestral and DarkTraveler, the $10 price tag is because of the mini deck of cards that comes with the Drones. The print is as expensive as the pewter.

However, if you have no interest in playing Broken Contract, our webstore does offer most of the models "raw" (no bases and no print).

http://breakerpress.storenvy.com/products/16033794-surveillance-drones

When you look under the price it says "default" and there is a drop down menu. Click it and you can purchase them "raw" for $5.00. Every individual model is available this way.

I hope that makes more sense to you. Thanks again all!

I placed an order for some of the models last week. When they arrive I'll be happy to post comparison pics next to other models. Any particular model line you want these compared to?

If you've been paying close attention, you may have noticed some new photos go up today. We're about to go into the final week and I'm looking at boosting the incentives, while not breaking the bank. Here are the things that I can offer in the way of freebies:

If you pledge at the Rulebook Only Level:

- You will also receive the PDF version for free.

- You will also receive one of the 8"x2" 60 pt chipboard Broken Contract Rulers with the FerrumSky logo.

If you pledge at the Rulebook and Play Aids Level:

- You will receive the PDF version for free.

- You will receive an additional one of the 8"x2" 60 pt chipboard Broken Contract Rulers with the FerrumSky logo.

- You will receive an exclusive 'Who Dares Wins' Ability Card that hasn't appeared in any of the decks thus far. It allows a Character to Re-Roll a Re-Roll, once per game.

- You will receive a compact 16 page background book to take you a little deeper into the setting and hopefully give you some cool jumping points for creating your own scenarios.

If you pledge at the Two Player Starter Set Level:

- You will receive the PDF version for free.

- You will receive one of the 8"x2" 60 pt chipboard Broken Contract Rulers with the FerrumSky logo.

- You will receive an exclusive 'Who Dares Wins' Ability Card that hasn't appeared in any of the decks thus far.

- You will receive a compact 16 page background book to take you a little deeper into the setting and hopefully give you some cool jumping points for creating your own scenarios.

- You will receive all 5 Kickstarter Exclusive models from the last Kickstarter. This set includes Grippe Candera, Micha Donnelly, Officer Hickley, Overseer Smythe, a Speaker Drone, and a 32 card deck containing their Character Stats, Equipment, and Abilities. This is a $30 box of models and cards for FREE!

Thank you to everyone for the support thus far.

The project has been cancelled and relaunched with a lower goal by eliminating the board gamey tiles.

There is a new figure add-on option but unfortunately no pic yet ...
