Whats your opinion of either list? Im more in favour of List 1. Having said that, I thought id try and make a list2 that utilizes the 60 shoota boys that i painstakingly built up and painted nicely before 7th edition codex Orks came out and nerfed them :(

Drop the boss poles to the meganobz units, with the bullyboyz formation they're fearless so they don't need them, you should take a pair of killsaws in each unit instead or maybe some kombi skorchas. I'd also cut the nobz in the tankbustas units, with 5-6 of them you don't need those characters, they're expendable units. Adding bomb squigs can be useful though, some bs5 s8 shots with tankhunter are a great way to get those 2 points with first blood. Other than that the two lists are good, but the first one is better. The bullyboyz formation, troop bikers and min squads of tankbustas are probably our best units available.

Well on a warboss is certainly better, i prefer a normal biker boss than a big mek with KFF but that's up to you. If you go with the bik mek, take the lucky stikk, that relic is a must and as you said zhadsnark can't have it. With zhad i prefer taking a CAD in order to give obj sec to all the troop bikers and bring as many bikers i can include in the list. However the biker big mek with KFF in one of my favourite model so i like it in any list, and i also typically want a painboy with the warlord so your list is very nice in my opinion. Second list is less competitive, but nice too, i just realized there are a couple of mistakes as DLS is a unique relic, so only one model can have it. Also a warboss with bike, pk, bp and DLS costs 140 points, not 150.

If I take the Big mek on warbike with kff, apart from joining the warbiker mob, he can also be used to protect the trukks.

You are correct. 140pts and only 1 DLS. The mistakes are there because I copied and pasted from the top List 1 lol.
